Landscape & Snow Removal Companies

Let me do the time and material estimation, so your employees can be out selling and making connections with customers.

Trying to take your company to the next level, but unsure if you are bidding it right?

Check out how I can help with these frequently asked questions:

What is your Experience?
I've put in the time to help your company grow

I have been in the landscape industry for 15 years, estimating for 7. This includes weekly maintenance bids, snow removal bids, and large landscape jobs. I have bid them all! Now, let me help you so you know that you won't leave yourself short on hours/materials before it reaches the clients hands.

Why work with Green Guy Solutions?
I have no affiliation to other companies

I am now bringing my skills to everyone in the industry. We have no connections to any landscape company, property management company or supplier. This way, you know you are getting solid true advice, based on your best interests, we will not steer you any certain direction. My advice is based on site conditions and the staff/equipment at hand, to give you the true hours and materials needed to complete the job in a profitable and satisfactory manner.

How can we work with you?
I'll do my due diligence to get the information that's needed

Through a simple consultation phone call, and any follow up meetings needed, I would find out how your operations work, your staff size, and the property in question. I will then do my due diligence to measure and assess the property, but this time give our findings to you. This will help you adjust your bid to ensure you are not leaving anything on the table or selling yourself short.

Why should I hire you?
I will help you be confident in the job you are bidding

One of the worst feelings in this industry is selling a large job, only to find out you were off in your calculations and now are losing money each week due to short hours. Mowing can be a finicky task, making sure enough time is set aside for mowing, line trimming, and blowing off hard surfaces.

Same goes for snow. Selling that large apartment complex is great in October and November. Its bringing in additional funds, but after that first snowstorm, you realize you severely underbid the hours or salt totals. That takes you from hoping it snows so you can expand your company, to dreading any snowfall because you know profits are shrinking with every storm.

What's in it for you?
Making a name for myself

The only thing driving me, is establishing this company for myself and my family.  I have learned what to do, and exactly what not to do, to help your company grow. You will get my honest, and experience-based opinion on the task at hand.

Is there a template I can buy from you?
It's not a one size fit's all solution

As you know in landscaping and snow removal, there is no one way to bid properties. What works for one site, may not work for another. This is why I can help. By assessing the layout of the property, potential issues within, and the amount of detail work, I can help make sure your bid is right on the money in terms of production. Then, it's up to you to determine how high you want your gross profits to be based on your overhead.

Snow Proposals

I can help you make sure your bid is as accurate as possible for:

  • Plowing
  • Shoveling
  • Salting

Snow removal is considered an emergency service, make sure you're covered in every estimation. Don't leave anything on the table!

I have spent many years both providing the service, and also bidding the services. This allows me to identify potential time wasting issues that may arise. I am also adept at measuring and calculating the typical hours and materials needed for each property. Don't let an oversight put you in the red, let me help make sure you have accounted for every possibility. Snow is a time sensitive service that many clients have little patience for lapse in service. So let me make sure you have enough time and money on the proposal to ensure you can continue to grow and thrive in the industry.

Are you a landscape or snow removal company trying to grow?

Extend your sales staff's time when your business gets busy, without the cost of a full time employee. I use experience in the landscape field and behind a plow wheel, along with my years of estimating experience in landscape maintenance, snow, and specialty enhancements, to make sure you aren't selling yourself short.
