Are you insured?

Yes! We are protected, and so is your property in case of damage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

How will I be charged for services?

We will give you an official contract before services start, outlining the price of each service requested. Once this document is signed, the agreed upon price and services will be billed to the main account holder.

Depending on the services on your contract you will be on one of three billing cycles:

  • One-time
  • Weekly
  • Monthly

Your price will stay the same, unless more services are requested, or services are requested to be removed. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for notification one (1) month in advance of your final service date.
